Our general business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to the nature of our business, however, our hours of operation may extend beyond that period. Team members are allowed one hour for lunch. Paychecks are distributed every other Friday, for the two-week period ending the previous Friday.
Ambassador maintains a strong commitment to safety, both on the highways and in the workplace. To maintain this commitment, all new employees will be screened by urinalysis for illegal drug use on the first day of employment. Random drug screens occur for all employees during the course of their employment.

Dental Plan: Indemnity Dental plan allowing insured to visit Dentist of choice. $50 deductible, preventative services covered 100%.
Prescription Drug Plan: All prescriptions are $10-generic; $20-name brand; and $35-non-formulary.
Reduced Fitness Memberships: Up to 50% discount at National Fitness Network.
Hearing Care Services: Free hearing screenings with Belton Hearing Care Centers.
Laser Vision Correction & Contact Lenses: Discounts on laser vision correction, as well as discounts on mail-order contacts through TruVision.
Eldercare Management: Provided through Senior Link. Receive free information and referral services over the phone for specific services in your area.
Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care & Acupuncture: Through American Specialty Health Networks (ASH Networks), members can receive up to a 25% discount.

The Company provides annual vacation benefits progressing from 1 week during the first year and 2 weeks at the end of the second year of employment to 4 weeks after 20 years of employment
Administrative Personnel: Accrues at the rate of 4 hours per month, beginning at the fifth full month of employment. Balance carries over to following year.
Operations Personnel: After one year, accrues at the rate of 5 days per year, on anniversary month. Balance carries over to following year.
All full and part-time employees are eligible for paid holidays after 30 days of employment. Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You also have the choice of either Martin Luther King Day or President's Day; and either Veterans Day or the day after Thanksgiving. After one year of service, your birthday is also a paid holiday.
After one year of service, all full-time employees are eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement. Company pays 50% at time of registration and remaining 50% with proof of passing grade. $1,000 limit in calendar year.
